Dr Emily Prpa is an award-winning nutritionist with a phD from King’s College London

Dr Emily Prpa is a nutrition scientist - call her your friendly neighbourhood food detective. She studies how different foods can make our bodies and brains feel their best. Her research has been presented internationally and helped inform UK Food Policy.

Emily loves to turn the latest nutrition science into simple everyday tips to improve your wellbeing. She believes that whilst the science may be complicated, looking after your health doesn’t have to be.
